Who we are

What we collect
Only what you give us through our forms: your name, email, phone number, reservation or event details, feedback, and, if you join our VIP Guest Club, optional details such as your birthday, anniversary and dining interests. We also record which marketing messages you agreed to receive, and when.
Like most websites, we measure visits in aggregate (pages viewed, buttons clicked). We do not put your name, email or phone number into analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to reservation requests, event inquiries, messages and feedback.
- To send news, invitations and offers by email or text, only if you opted in.
- To improve our service and our website.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any message, reply STOP to any text, or update your choices on our preferences page. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Sharing and storage
We never sell your information. It is stored in our customer-relationship system, run by service providers who process it for us and may store it outside Canada. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send marketing messages only with your express consent.
